All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from our Kentucky warehouse. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day. Holidays and peak seasons may cause slight delays.
Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once your parcel is picked up by USPS. Tracking data may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier website.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used press-on nails over 3days cannot be returned. Unused and unopened products may qualify for return following our Return & Exchange Policy. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Please contact our customer service with your order number and photos of damaged items. We will verify and arrange replacement or refund for eligible cases.
Product & Application
With proper application, our press-on nails can last 2_3 week's around .Service life depends on daily activities and installation method.
Please refer to our Size Guide page. Measure the width of your natural nails and select S/M/L accordingly. If your nail size is between two sizes, choose the smaller one. Custom-size service is also available.
Each set includes 10 pieces of press-on nails with 10 fingers size, jelly adhesive tabs and nail glue are not included.
